This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how After Entertainment, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses your Personal Data (defined below) when you access or use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act. Please read this Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to, the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not access or use our Services.
Our Services provide a platform where content creators (“Creators” or “IP Holders”) can use our artificial intelligence (“AI”) technology, AI Personas, to generate, share, and monetize a broad range of media content. Specifically, Creators produce AI-generated contents, including images, videos, and interactive experience, and engage with their fans (“Fans”) through various AI-powered features, such as video calls, video messages, image sharing, chatbots and other interactive means. These AI-generated contents may include a variety of genres and formats, including adult/explicit (NSFW) content. Our Services are intended solely for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older, and access to or use of our Services by anyone under the age of eighteen is strictly prohibited. We employ age verification measures (See Section 8. Third-Party Age & Identity Verification and Biometric Data) to enforce this requirement and do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, or market to, individuals under 18. If you are under eighteen (18), you must immediately discontinue use of our Services. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from someone under 18, we will promptly take steps to delete such information. If you believe we may have information from or about a person under 18, please contact us at privacy@muld.ai.
For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. Personal Data includes identifiers such as names, contact information, government-issued identification numbers, online identifiers, biometric data, and other information that can be used to identify or relate to an individual. Personal Data does not include information that has been de-identified, aggregated, or is made publicly available from government records. This Policy does not apply to such data.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do NOT sell your Personal Data for monetary or other valuable consideration. We may disclose your Personal Data to the following categories of third parties for business purposes:
Service Providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data storage, payment processing, age/identity verification, content delivery (CDN), analytics, customer support, content moderation, security, and potentially AI technology providers like DeepIntoThe, Pte. Ltd. (based in Singapore) which supplies the core AI engine technology used for AI Persona features. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Other Users (Creators/Fans): Certain information (e.g., your profile username, avatar, content you make public or share via subscription) is shared with other users as part of the Services' functionality. Content shared by Creators, including potentially explicit content, will be accessible to their subscribed Fans according to the terms of the subscription.
Financial Institutions & Payment Processors: To facilitate payments and payouts.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities: When required by law, regulation, legal process (like subpoenas or court orders), or governmental request; to report suspected illegal activity (e.g., to law enforcement or organizations like NCMEC); or to protect the rights, property, or safety of After Entertainment, our users, or the public.

If our data sharing practices materially change, we will provide the appropriate notice on our website and, where required, obtain your consent prior to implementing such changes
THIRD-PARTY AGE & IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND BIOMETRIC DATA
Ensuring users are 18+ and verifying identity is critical for platform safety and legal compliance. We utilize specialized third-party service providers for this.
Process: These providers collect Verification Data directly from you, including government ID and a selfie/video. They may use technology, potentially including facial recognition algorithms (generating biometric information like face geometry scans), to compare your ID photo to your selfie/video, verify the ID's authenticity, and check against relevant databases for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
Data Handling: We do not directly collect, receive, possess, or have access to the underlying biometric information (e.g., face scan data) generated during this process. We receive the results of the verification (pass/fail, reason for failure) and associated metadata (e.g., timestamp) from the provider. The third-party providers process and store the biometric information in accordance with their own privacy policies and data retention schedules and retain biometric information for verification purposes and in compliance with applicable state laws (typically no longer than 3 years or until account closure). We require them to comply with all applicable biometric data laws and maintain robust security measures.
Consent: Where required by law (e.g., for processing Biometric Information), you will be asked to provide explicit consent directly to the third-party provider before the verification process begins.
Purpose: This verification is used for initial onboarding and may be required periodically to re-authenticate your identity or investigate suspicious activity.
Your Choices: You typically interact directly with the third-party providers during verification. Depending on the provider and jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding the biometric information they hold. You may be able to withdraw consent for retention of biometric data used for re-authentication purposes by contacting the provider or potentially us (See Section 11 Your Rights and Choices About Your Information).
DATA SECURITY
We implement a range of technical and organizational measures designed to protect your Personal Data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to, firewalls, secure servers, and encryption where appropriate. We regularly review and update our security measures to address evolving threats and maintain the integrity of your Personal Data. In the event of a security incident, we have procedures in place to respond promptly and mitigate potential harm. Please note, however, that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of your Personal Data via the internet is at your own risk.
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the Services, satisfying legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements, enforcing our terms, and for trust and safety purposes.
Account Data: Your account data is generally retained for the lifetime of your account.
Transaction Data: Transaction and financial data may be retained for longer periods as required by financial regulations (e.g., up to seven (7) years).
Deactivated Accounts: Data related to deactivated accounts, including those deactivated due to Terms of Service violations or safety concerns, may be retained for a longer period as necessary to prevent abuse, conduct investigations, or comply with legal holds.
De-identified or Aggregated Data: We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely for research, analytics, or statistical purposes.
